Your purchase of any and all products from Debsun signifies your acceptance of our terms of purchase as well as this Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge your understanding that our products contain Cannabinoids extracted from hemp.

Cancelled Orders

  • We do not refund shipping/delivery/service fees for orders cancelled at the customer’s request for reasons such as error in ordering, failure to note delivery time/day, or inability to show ID at the time of delivery. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to shipped orders that are cancelled at the customer’s request. This fee will also be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Process

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website, debsun.com, or from our retail store. The returned product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Time Limit: Products must be returned within 30 days of order receipt.

  1. Initial Contact: Email us at sales@debsun.com providing the following information:

    • Name on order
    • Order number
    • Reason for return

    Upon verification of your information, we will respond with our return shipping address.

  2. Shipping: After shipping the product back to us, please email the tracking number to sales@debsun.com. Include a copy of the order receipt or packing slip in your return package.

  3. Refund Issuance: Once we receive the package and confirm that the product is intact and unopened, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (credit or debit card). Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
